Installation
In the event of vehicle theft, just call the theft recovery center. A live operator will assist with the stolen vehicle recovery process.

Once your vehicle is located by law enforcement, your recovery agent will assist you in recovering the vehicle.
Intercept is installed in a stealth location in your vehicle by a certified Intercept technician. Your system is automatically activated - you do not have to do anything!

Will I save money on my auto insurance?
Many states require that insurance companies offer a discount for a Stolen Vehicle Recovery System and most insurance companies offer one regardless. You can save up to 35% on the comprehensive portion of your automobile insurance policy. Your Intercept includes a form that you can submit to your insurance company to determine what discounts are available to you. Note that not all insurance companies will provide a discount and you should speak to your insurance agent or provider to determine any discounts that may apply to your vehicle.
What is the system warranty?
Intercept has a 2 year warranty.
What do I do if my car is stolen?
First, you must notify the local police of the theft. Then, if your Intercept was purchased on or before March 18, 2015, please call 424-285-9130. For those purchased from March 19, 2015 on, please call 1-888-602-8664. You will be asked to verify some personal and vehicle information in order to begin the stolen vehicle recovery process.
How do I know if my system is working?
You can call 1(888) 456-9473 to confirm that your system is active. Additionally, with our new Safety & Convenience services (available for units installed on or after October 7, 2015) you can track your vehicle on your own!!
I leased a vehicle, why would I pay for something that is "married" to the vehicle when I am just going to give the car back?
Unlike some other stolen vehicle recovery systems, your Intercept can be transferred to your new vehicle. The system is "married" to the purchaser, not the vehicle! Please note that labor charges may apply for the transfer. Talk to your car dealer for details.
What does the Safety & Convenience Package cost?
The Safety & Convenience Package is currently FREE for the first year and $49.95 per year thereafter.
